good history

I found this a fascinating study not only of the 'War" but a history of the Mormons in Utah. much good insight into
the personality of Brigham Young. Little is known about those early years and this book brings to light much of the controversy
surrounding the Mormons, the native Americans, and the U.S. government. Therre may be a little bias here since the authors are
from Utah but it is a must read if you have any interest in the era.
